Welcome to the application process. The first step is to create
an account by submitting the items listed below. You will then
receive an email with further instructions.
Admissions Inquiry FAQ
1. What email address should I use for the applicant?
Any email address that will result in messages reaching the applicant
is acceptable. For instance, a parent (particularly of a younger applicant)
may wish to submit the their own email address, then share subsequent
communications with the applicant from their own screen. On the other hand, a more
mature applicant could provide their own email address
and complete their portion of the application process independently.
2. How will Proof School utilize the applicant's email address?
During the application process, the applicant's email address will be used
to set up an account with Proof School, to send login credentials for this
account to the applicant, and to send welcome emails inviting the student
to begin the application process. We always abide by our privacy policy,
available via the link at the bottom right of every web page within the
Proof School portal.
3. Should I provide contact information for the father or the
mother?
Please provide contact information for whichever parent will act as
the primary correspondent, either mother or father. We will provide
an opportunity to submit information for the other parent on a later
form.
4. How late in the year can I submit an admissions inquiry?
To help us estimate the number of applications we will receive,
we ask that families interested in applying to Proof School submit an
admissions inquiry as soon as possible. However, there is no specific deadline:
the inquiry page will continue to be available until January 15, 2018, the deadline for applying to Proof School.
5. What if no member of our family has an email account?
In this case, it is possible to complete the application process using
paper forms and to submit them by mail. You should enter
"admissions@proofschool.org" for both email addresses and be sure to
select the "By mail" option at the bottom of the screen. We will then
mail all necessary forms to the street address you provide.
6. How can I submit applications for more than one child?
This can be handled within the application system. For now, enter the information
for the first student in order to create an account. After receiving your
Proof ID and password, you will be able to access your account in order to
initiate new applications for other children. The application portal will have
instructions to guide you through this process.
